Our Research: Explore the Data from “Unrealized Impact”
In the Organization Profile Survey, respondents shared which policies and practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion their organization uses and what data they track. Of the nearly 50 practices we included in the survey, only 11 were being used by more than half the respondent organizations. On the other hand, all but nine were being used by at least 20% of the organizations.
To see which practices are used most frequently by the organizations in the study, select a practice category from the menu of boxes above the chart. You can filter the chart data by type and size of the organizations, using the drop down menus at the top.
Note that we weren’t able to measure effectiveness of these practices in this instrument alone, just frequency of use. By combining this data with the Staff Experience Survey data, however, we start to see associations between practices and staff perceptions.
